CFNS CrossFit Kids 6/26/14

Warm Up-
Start in plank position
When coach calls a movement 
Run to other end of box, perform 3 reps of given movement, then run back and return to plank.

WOD- 
3 Rounds for Time
9 KettleBell Swings
15m Frog Hop
7 Jumping Ball Squats
15m Roving Plank
5 Deadlift 

Game & Snack Outside
