Warm-Up-CrossFit Kids LeapFrog


Skill- Farmer Carry

WOD-
Teams of 4
50m Weighted Lunge Walk
50m Crab Walk
50m Farmer Carry
Each Team will spend 2 minutes at each station completing as many rounds as possible.
One member of team must hold a med ball locked our over head the entire time.  If the ball touches the ground there is a 5 burpee penalty.
