Warm-Up Last Man Standing

Split up into teams. Teams work through the following conga line, only moving when the person in front is done with their station. Team that finishes second, immeadiately does 15 burpees!!
Team Conga Line
Station #1: 15 perfect squats
Station #2: 15 push ups
Station #3: 15 box jumps
Station #4: 15 burpees
