1 min of Pass Through work
10 Super Slow Squats
10 Burpees
10 Handstand Holds or 5 Wall Walk

Back Squat 5 X 3
Push Press 5 X 3

Skill Work- 
Pull Ups
Muscle Up Progression
Ring Strength
Matador Holds
